Please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number any return. You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 1 week of received shipment. In cases where you are not able to return within the allowed time limit we may issue a store credit. Unless the products arrived damaged you will cover shipping fees both ways. If you want to exchange size please return the order/item to us and include a note with exchange information. We will not replace or refund any used items. Items must be returned in the condition they were received from us. We will not accept coupon enclosed with original order on replacement when you want to exchange size. If you are returning to exchange size please enclose $2.99 (t-shirts and baby items) or $4.99 (hoodies, larger items such as umbrellas) fee for re-shipping the item to you. We value your business and if you feel you should not pay this fee please let us know and we will work it out! Lay your favorite garment down flat to measure and compare with our Size Charts. You will have the option to add gift wrap to your order at checkout. We will send your special gift wrapped with no invoice or pricing enclosed. Certain items such as umbrellas can not be gift wrapped - if there is a problem we will contact you before we process your order. Or you can send a gift message for free! Add your gift message in the comment section when you complete the checkout. We will print it with a handwritted font and enclose with your package. Thats right we will not charge a penny and we will take the hint and ship without any invoice unless you ask us to. We do not have any retail stores in Manhattan and you can only purchase from us online or directly over the phone.
